Women's Power Walk at LA Reservoir in Celebration of Women's History Month
All LADWP employees, friends and family are invited to a walk on the edge of the LA Reservoir.

This event is brought to you by the LADWP Women's Council and LADWP-SWE. The event is on, rain or shine. Please check the weather report and dress accordingly.
Activity Details
We will take a group photo at 8:15 a.m.! Don't be late!
Raffle will be at the end of the walk, at approximately 9:45 a.m.
Check the weather and wear appropriate attire. Consider layers.
Kids under 12 allowed but parents/guardians must keep an eye on them. Note that there is no guard rail between the walk and the reservoir. Wagons and strollers are welcome and strongly encouraged.
No pets allowed.
The full walking path is approximately 3 miles. This walk requires an uphill climb from the parking lot to the start of the walk. The climb is gradual and is approximately 0.25 miles long.
Observe social distancing with people outside your household.
If you are experiencing flu-like and/or COVID symptoms, please do not participate.

What to Bring
Wear a hat, sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes. There is no shade at this facility.
Check the weather and dress accordingly. Light drizzle and temps below 60 degrees expected.
Bring snacks and reusable water bottles. Stop by LADWP's Water Trailer to fill up.

We will also have a raffle courtesy of our partners, Water and Power Credit Union, Kaiser Permanente and United Healthcare.
